As part of two major heat network projects – Worthing Heat Network and OPEN Heat Network ( Old Oak and Park Royal Energy Network ) Hemiko needed clear, accessible websites to engage communities and stakeholders during critical phases of development.

As part of two major heat network projects – Worthing Heat Network and OPEN Heat Network (Old Oak and Park Royal Energy Network) – Hemiko needed clear, accessible websites to engage communities and stakeholders during critical phases of development.

Our Approach

Molokini delivered bespoke designs and build, using the WordPress platform, balancing speed and quality:

  • Worthing Heat Network: Designed, built, and launched in just 4 days to meet urgent demand ahead of public meetings.
  • OPEN Heat Network: Developed over 4 weeks, including new logo design, stakeholder interviews, and copywriting for six key pages.

Both sites share a consistent structure for efficiency, while differentiated through imagery and tone. Accessibility and inclusive language were prioritised, with consideration for future translation into Arabic, Polish, and Punjabi.
