Job description
We are seeking a confident and experienced Senior Account Manager / Account Director to join our high performing PR and digital team. This is a hybrid role with expectation to be in the office in Worthing Tuesday to Thursday.
The successful candidate will be dynamic, organised and an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude. Getting the job done in a timely, client centric and efficient way will be top of their list, and they will always be optimistic while managing expectations, delivering what they say.
You will be liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis and managing the internal team to deliver a variety of content and campaigns.
This is a full-time role on a one year contract with potential scope to extend.
Essential skills & experience
Good working knowledge and experience of PR, content marketing and social media
Ability to manage clients and execute their plan
Ability to manage a small team
Copywriting experience (this is a hands-on role)
Duties
Support with strategy to help create plans and messaging in collaboration with clients
Create briefs for team to action
Copywriting and proof content produced by the team
Conduct analysis and prepare reports
Attend client meetings, conference calls and UK/International events
Multi-task across several clients to ensure the team is delivering actions to plan

Workplace
This is currently a hybrid role in Worthing, West Sussex, UK. The expectation is for you to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Monday and Friday WFH). This is kept under periodic review and may change in the future.
