Molokini’s Solution – A Comprehensive Approach:

  • Top-line website strategy and workshops with internal teams: This was a user focussed session with the RINA team to help set overarching goals for the website through collaboration. This was important to ensure alignment on project objectives and to understand the priorities of the target audiences and elevate member engagement.
  • Situation analysis of existing website project progress: The Molokini team joined partway through an existing website project, so it was important to evaluate current milestones, identify any bottlenecks, and recommend adjustments to keep the project on track and to specification.
  • Support for backend developers: Molokini’s team of highly skilled developers provided technical support, troubleshot issues, and optimised the server-side tasks to enhance performance.
  • UX strategy and design: The Molokini team created user-centric experiences through research, wireframing, and iterative testing to ensure the website met usability and accessibility needs.
  • UI design and templating using WordPress: Our team of WordPress experts crafted visually appealing and responsive interfaces, building and customising themes as well as pages that aligned with RINA’s objectives and resonated with their users’ needs.
  • Themes and brand development: We established a consistent visual brand identity that reflects RINA brand’s values across all digital and print touchpoints.
  • Concept creation of colour-coded areas for different audiences: Molokini designed intuitive navigation systems on the website using colour coding to enhance accessibility and guide different audience groups easily to their desired destinations.
  • Google Analytics: We utilised Google Analytics for thorough analysis. This guided us in developing customer personas and positioning the website to attract RINA’s ideal clientele.
