The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Finance and Leasing is a new solution offered by TPPL that provides contracting authorities in the UK with access to a range of market leading suppliers for operating leases, finance leases, and loans for a variety of assets.

“With a place on TPPL’s framework, more UK authorities will have the opportunity to work with DLL and explore ways to finance new technologies that drive efficiency and reduce the total cost of operation (TCO),” says Nick Yardley, New Business Development Manager at DLL. “This is another example of our continued commitment to supporting the public sector and financing technologies that combine profitability with environmental, sustainable and social benefits.”

The DPS framework from TPPL includes EV chargers, refuse and waste vehicles, LCVs, agricultural and grounds waste equipment, modular buildings, buses and coaches, in addition to a range of infrastructure to support zero emission electric and hydrogen vehicles. This comprehensive DPS is available to Local Authorities and the wider public/not-for-profit sector across the UK such as NHS Trusts, Police and Fire Authorities, Schools, Colleges and Universities, Charities and Government departments.

“Our dynamic asset finance and leasing solution ensures a seamless and efficient procurement process that drives down cost for our customers, all facilitated by TPPL,” says Phillip Williams, Director of Procurement for UK based TPPL. “By working with finance partner DLL, it brings even greater value, deep sector experience and world-class asset finance services to our customers.”

TPPL has been providing framework offerings into the UK’s public sector for wheeled assets such as cars, mini vans and waste management vehicles for many years. More recently, TPPL has broadened its scope to include different asset classes such as IT, medical and industrial equipment. TPPL was formed in 2004 and now supports 85% of all UK Local Authorities with its developing range of procurement solutions.

“Our products and services maximise the efficiency of our member organisations. They drive value for money and help members comply with regulations,” says Phillip. “We are pleased to welcome DLL to enhance our service offering even further.”
