After months of preparation, the team at Molokini Marketing, involved in a book project for Guncast Swimming Pools, were able to see the first pages ofCreating Luxury Swimming Pools printed yesterday (30 January 2014). The first book from Guncast Swimming Pools' Managing Director, Jack Harding, is a truly exciting project in which Jack and the team have invested a lot of time and energy.
Swimming pool design
Creating Luxury Swimming Pools is an image-led book designed to inspire and provide technical information. With over 40 years’ experience, the team at Guncast has vast knowledge of swimming pool design and build techniques, as demonstrated in the book with real examples of swimming pools with new and more traditional techniques, innovations and finishes.
The team at Molokini managed the project from initiation through to completion. Over several months we have developed the book from Jack's original words and combined the text with images to produce a truly luxurious 250+ page hard back book that inspires the reader. With design, proof-reading, typesetting and printer liaison all within Molokini's in-house toolkit, it may not be the last book project we accept.
The local printers, L&S Printing, based in Worthing, provided Katie a press pass to see the first section run off the printer. Seeing the hard work finally in print, was very exciting and we are now looking forward to seeing the first bound copy which will also be available in specialist outlets.
