Molokini is a web design and PR agency in Worthing’s West End working with everything from large international companies to luxury brands. With expansion on the horizon, we’re hoping to find someone who can start at 9:00am tomorrow… alternatively, sending in an application by the 1st of September would also be acceptable.

Job Description

We need a clever, creative (and witty would not go amiss) developer that can play their part in shaping the future of Molokini and take our web department to the next level. This means taking responsibility for the end-to-end design and development of web projects, while working closely with our management team to help design, create and implement beautiful, responsive websites.

Required Skills

  • Provable knowledge of website design and development up to industry standards
  • Experienced in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
  • Joomla and/or WordPress experience
  • Up-to-date with web design best practices

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of UX design and development
  • Understanding of technical SEO
  • Experience with database technologies
  • More in-depth knowledge of CMS integration (Joomla / WordPress)

You will have the ability to work well both within a team, and independently, as well as a keen attention to detail, excellent time-management skills and the ability to remain cool as a cucumber under pressure (allowing your excellent problem-solving skills to shine through).
