New software from Barloworld SCS is helping Camelot Management Consultants to identify when and how to implement change in their customers’ supply chains. The CAST Aurora supply chain modelling software could also help identify supply chain savings of up to 15%.

Camelot Management Consultants, which provides strategic and organisational consultancy services, including value chain management, required an advanced supply chain planning software tool, to help plan and optimise its client’s supply chain networks. The company approached Barloworld SCS and selected its new CAST Aurora software, which offers multi-time period network optimisation functionality, to identify significant supply chain savings.
